Please join us for a fabulous hula extravaganza on Saturday, July 28th at 2:00 p.m….Ho’olokahi (To Bring About Unity) - Ho’ike 2018 with the haumāna of Kūhai Hālau O Kanoheaokalikolaua’e Pā ‘Ōlapa Kahiko under the direction of Kumuhula Nohea Macugay. Music by Nativ Sun.  Tickets are $25 and can be purchased through any haumana or Kumu Nohea (916) 402-0935. Tickets sold at the door is dependent upon availability. Ho’ike will be held at John F. Kennedy High School Performing Arts Theater, 6715 Gloria Dr, Sacramento, CA 95831 at 2:00 p.m.  Doors open at 1:15 p.m. There will be vendors for your shopping pleasure.  Our hālau will also have a booth selling pareo wear (cash, Venmo, or Paypal accepted at hālau booth). Don’t miss it!  We hope to see you there.

Students (haumāna) experience hula, Hawaiian traditions, culture and basic Hawaiian language.

Through hula, students learn respect, discipline, grace and teamwork.
